Preliminary election returns show that just over 40% of registered Columbia County voters turned in ballots for the Nov. 7 General Election. WAITSBURG – The Waitsburg Town Hall Association will hold its annual meeting and elections on Thurs., Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. at Waitsburg Town Hall on Main Street. Coffee and desserts will be available.
