    WAITSBURG - Preliminary scores for the 2011-12 High School Proficiency Exam are in for Waitsburg and Prescott and the students and staff members have a lot to be proud of.     DAYTON - Dayton's alleged elusive squatter-burglar Daniel Baxter has reached a plea agreement with the prosecutor's office that will put him in prison for 40 months.
