DAYTON - The City of Dayton has received a grant to chip seal a few city streets to maintain road conditions for years to come. Trina Cole, the city's clerk/ treasurer, said the city will receive $69,621 to chip seal five different streets. The city will also contribute $3,644 for the project slated to take place in 2012.
