DAYTON — The Columbia County Rural Library is asking students in grades 7 through 12, or homeschool equivalent, to participate in the library’s Teen Advisory Group. The group meets monthly at the library to help improve services for tweens and teens. Participants lend their voices to create programs and activities as they develop leadership skills.
