    WAITSBURG – Voters in the Waitsburg School District will be asked to continue supporting schools by approving an Educational Programs and Operations (EPO) of $2.71 per $1,000 of assessed property value on the Feb. 13 ballot.     DAYTON - More than 700 adult salmon carcasses from hatcher spawning will be deposited in the Tucannon River on Jan. 27 to enhance nutrients for fish.
