    WALLA WALLA – The Waitsburg boys' basketball team came up short twice last week and was knocked out of the SE District 9 sub-regional playoffs, with losses to Asotin Tuesday and Walla Walla Valley Academy Friday night.     DAYTON - Students in fourth, fifth and sixth grades will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities in the after school program coming to Dayton next month. The program will be offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from March 8 through March 31.     LA GRANDE, Ore. – Eastern Oregon University head football coach Tim Camp named Zach Bartlow as Offensive Player of the Year for the 2015 season, at a postseason banquet on Jan. 30. Zach is the son of Jeff and Lori Bartlow and is majoring in Business and Accounting at EOU. In 2013 Bartlow played six games and was named Academic All-Conference.
