PRESCOTT – The Prescott Lions Club will serve a fundraising breakfast on April 15 with all proceeds going to the Blue Mountain Humane Society. Breakfast will be served from 8-11 a.m. at the Prescott Lions Club Building located at Highway 124 and “D” Street. The all-you-can-eat meal is $8 and includes: French toast, ham, biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes, juice, coffee, and tea. I was needing to make something for the church coffee hour. This recipe came to my email, via All Recipes. I have had it before and remembered I liked it, and thought this would kill two birds with one stone. It would be my vegetable recipe also. It's probably not one that you would make at home to eat, as it fills a baking sheet. The recipe says 9 x 13, but my baking sheet was a 10 x 13 and it still could have been a bit bigger.
