    ASOTIN - Washington Governor Jay Inslee last week appointed Clarkston attorney Scott D. Gallina to replace Superior Court Judge William Acey, who resigned in April. Inslee attended Gallina's swearing-in ceremony here on Friday. Gallina, 50, is currently a member of the Clark and Feeney law firm in Lewiston, Ida. The firm has entered into agreement to rent the former Betzler Chiropractic office at 164 E. Main Street, beginning in June.
