    SPOKANE – Dayton's Kaitlyn Andrews won two events and took two seconds at the 2B District 7/9 regional meet here Friday. She led the Dayton girls' team to a tie for sixth place among 17 girls' teams. Andrews won the javelin and long jump events and was second in the 100 meters and triple jump.     SPOKANE – The Dayton girls' softball team won their first two games at the 2B District 7/9 regional tournament here Saturday, which qualified them for this week's state tournament.     DAYTON – Directors of the Columbia County Health System are moving forward with upgrades to Dayton General Hospital.
