I recently tasted wheat berry salad that my friend made and I knew I would like to have it again. I asked her for the recipe and she said didn’t have a recipe but cooked the wheat berries, added fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, some black beans, and Caesar dressing (or was it Ranch?).
