    DAYTON - Dayton resident Teeny McMunn will lead a group for those who have recently lost loved ones. The group will meet on Wednesdays for 10 weeks, beginning October 15, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Dayton First Congregational Church. The book "Understanding Your Grief" will be used for the discussions. Book cost is $10, and there are no other charges.     DAYTON - On November 2, voters in the Columbia County Hospital District will decide whether to approve a $5.5 million bond levy measure that would finance a major renovation and reconfiguration of the Dayton General Hospital building.     WAITSBURG - Hundreds of musicians will come together in Waitsburg on Wednesday, October 22, for the Southeast Washington Music Educators (SEWMEA) High School MASS Band and Choir 2014.
