WAITSBURG - The Lady Cardinals won two of three basketball games last week. The girls beat the Touchet team 39-34, beat St. John 44-23, but lost to Tekoa-Rosalia 61-15. At Touchet on December 17, the girls played their best game of the season and came together as a team. The Cardinals came from behind in the fourth quarter to get the win.
