BK Lodging, LLC, out of the Tri-Cities, owned by Kam and Laddi Singh took ownership on Nov. 15, according to hotel General Manager Eleanor Specht. The hotel, which opened in the spring of 2013, was developed and owned by Dr. Derek Duke and his firm, Duke Properties.
