    DAYTON—According to Mayor Craig George, the City of Dayton has filed an injunction, in Columbia County Superior Court, against the Columbia County Prosecuting Attorney Rea Culwell, for breach of contract.     WALLA WALLA – On July 18, the Walla Walla County Board of Commissioners approved increasing the civil processing fees charged by the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office. The change will take place Sept. 1 and will be the first increase since 1992. The fee increase does not affect the recording fees of the Walla Walla County Auditor’s Office.
