WAITSBURG – Robbie Skiles is seeking a volunteer to take over as Site Manager for the Senior Round Table (Meals on Wheels) luncheon served every Tuesday at noon at the Waitsburg Presbyterian Church. SE WASHINGTON – The Washington Dept. of Natural Resources currently has funding targeting the health of forest land in eastern Washington available for cost-share fuel reduction projects. The goal of the program is to improve forest health and reduce the risk of damage from wildfire and forest insects. Dear Editor, Rebecca and I would like to thank everyone for the thoughts, prayers, support, and flowers. We are truly blessed to have all you in our lives. DAYTON – At their regular meeting on Oct. 19, the Dayton School Board approved establishing a high school varsity and JV Baseball Combine with Waitsburg schools. The Waitsburg School Board has approved the combine as well. According to Dayton school superintendent Doug Johnson, all practices and games will be held in Dayton at the school’s athletic complex.
