    WAITSBURG—The Waitsburg School District has released a community-wide Educational Effectiveness Survey and asks for parent and community member participation. The survey, which only takes a few minutes to complete, will help the school district understand stakeholder perceptions about the quality of education for all Waitsburg students.     WAITSBURG—On March 26, the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of an unresponsive male in the basement of a home on Main Street in Waitsburg.
