    Pullman FFA hosted the first trap shoot of the season on Saturday, January 22 in Colton. Six Waitsburg FFA students participated and finished third out of six teams. FFA instructor, Nicole Abel, stated "It was a really good shoot to start with as we have a lot of novice shooters on the team. They were able to see how the trap shoot works and not to be in a hurry or overwhelmed."     WAITSBURG-The Mythical/Moveable Blue Mountain Bluegrass Jam is back! Friday, July 16, musicians gathered at Ten Ton Coffee for an evening full of music. Singing is still considered a high-risk, and jam organizers are asking that only fully vaccinated musicians join the jams for the time being. If you are not fully vaccinated and intend on being a spectator, organizers ask that you wear a face mask, covering both your nose and your mouth. Between noon and 4 p.m. guests were able to visit six properties, enjoy music by the Calico Bones, Pasiley DeSiga, Tammy Emilio Duo, Tumbleweed Stevenson and Jasper Mountain Band.
