DW Combine-Head Coach Carly Benavides is in her fourth year of coaching softball for the Dayton-Waitsburg Wolfpack. She is excited about the turnout this year, especially the number of returning players. She welcomed 23 players: three seniors, six juniors, nine sophomores, and five freshmen. On February 10, the Wolfpack battled with Columbia Burbank, losing 77-44, which will put them in a loser-out game against Mabton on February 16. WAITSBURG-Troy Larsen walked off the football field for the last time as he retires after 22 years of coaching.
