DAYTON CONSIDERS ONLINE SCHOOL

DAYTON - A representative of the Greenways Academy and Online School will speak about the potential benefits of adding online options to the Dayton School District on Wednesday, Sept. 1, at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium.

Superintendent Doug Johnson said he is encouraged by what Greenways may have to offer.

"We must seek strategies and tools to reach all of our students, no matter what their learning styles may be," he said. Greenways offers a broad range of courses available from 5th grade through high school and is accredited in the state of Washington as an alternative education program.

Potential online students might include those seeking credit retrieval for graduation, those seeking courses not offered by the district and homeschool students. For more information, visit the Greenways website at www.GreenwaysAcademy.com.
