Prescott Orchard Finds New Apple

YAKIMA - A new variety of Sweetie apple is making its U.S. debut in the Pacific Northwest and will be avail­able exclusively at TOP Food Drug and Haggen Food Pharmacy stores now through October or while supplies last.

These Sweetie apples were discovered by Prescott-based Broetje Orchards in New Zealand and are con­sidered a cross between a Braeburn and Gala apple. For more information, visit broetjeorchards.com.
