Wyatt Withers Wyatt Withers graduated from Naval Recruit Training Command at Great Lakes, Illinois, on Oct. 1, 2010. Attend­ing

the ceremony from Waitsburg were his parents, Laurie and Ian Withers; sister, Megan Withers; and grandfather, Jack McCaw, himself a Navy veteran.

Currently Withers, stationed in Charleston, SC, is a fire­man. Upon graduation from Nuclear Field A school, he will be promoted to Petty Officer 3rd class and will become a Machinist Mate.

Withers graduated from Waitsburg High School in 2009.

Devin D. Perales

Air Force Airman Devin D. Perales graduated in Novem­ber from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Perales, a 2010 Dayton High School graduate, completed an intensive, eight-week program. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associates in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Perales is the son of Michele Cochron of Dayton.
