12-20: Malicious Mischief. An unknown suspect over the weekend smeared feces and threw eggs on the east doors of the Waitsburg High School hallway between the school and the gym.
Suspicious. Vehicle tracks on Touchet Valley Golf Course, Pine Street, Dayton.
12-19: Juvenile Problem. Kids throwing snowballs at passing cars on S. 4th Street, Dayton.
Vehicle Theft. A resident on Valley Grove Road, Waitsburg, reported his dark green Buick Sentry stolen. The keys were left lying on the vehicle's floorboard.
12-18: Burglary. Residential burglary reported on Main Road, Waitsburg.
Suspicious. Suspicious vehicle reported on Sorghum Hollow Road, Dayton.
Suspicious. Vehicle still in parking lot at Ski Bluewood resort, unknown where owner may be.
12-17: Threats. Prescott School District Superintendent Bill Jordan reported that a "disturbed woman," who was a student more than 30 years ago, had to be escorted from Prescott High School after causing a disturbance and reportedly making threats against several students. More information was unknown at the time.
Suspicious. Suspicious persons reported on N. 3rd Street, Dayton.
Burglary. Two cabins on Dent Road, Waitsburg, were reportedly burglarized in the last two weeks, according to reports filed last week. In both cases a window was broken and entry made through the broken window. Any other damages or a list of what was taken were not available at the time of the report.
Disturbance. Neighborhood disturbance on W. Dayton Avenue reported.
Vandalism. Vehicle vandalized at Dayton High School.
12-16: Vehicle Theft. Stolen vehicle reported on Valley View in Dayton. Investigation concluded this is a civil matter over ownership of vehicle.
Traffic Hazard. Pedestrian dressed in black walking alongside Highway 12 near Dayton.
Parking Problem. Parking problem on N. 1st Street in Dayton reported.
Tobacco Problem. Juvenile smoking near bridge behind Steve's Grocery on 4th in Dayton.
Suspicious. Suspicious person reported on S. 3rd Street, Dayton.
12-14: Vehicle Prowl. Sheriff found open door on truck on S. Cottonwood Street, Dayton. Responsible party reported all is okay.
