ENGAGED

Sabrina M. Smith and Glenn K. Sawyer, both of Waitsburg, are engaged to be married. Smith is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rick Smith of Menominee, Mont. She graduated from high school in 2000 in Gallup, New Mexico. Smith currently works at Walmart.

Sawyer is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Sawyer of Adelaide, Australia. He graduated from high school in 1991 from Hoppers Crossing Secondary College in Victoria, Australia. He attended Tabor College in Adelaide, Australia for his bachelor's degree in theology. He currently works at Valley Residential Services.

The wedding date is set for May 19, 2012 in Dayton, Wash. The reception will be a potluck-style barbecue at the Dayton Fairgrounds. The couple will make their home in Waitsburg.
