60th Wedding Anniversary

Bob and Barbara Danforth are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on July 6 by attending their grandson's graduation from the United States Ma- rine Corps Officers Candidate School Boot Camp in Quan- tico, Virginia. The following week their entire family will be gathering in Sunriver, Oregon, to complete the celebration.

Bob and Barbara were married in the First Presbyterian Church in Walla Walla on July 6, 1952. After farming north of Waitsburg for more than 50 years, they moved to Walla Walla in 2006. Their three children are Robert (Leslie) Dan- forth of Issaquah, Susan (Mitchell) Payne of Dayton and David (Nancy) Danforth of Redmond. They are very proud of their eight grandchildren.
