Dayton City Council Seat Vacant

DAYTON -- Dayton City Councilman Bill Graham returned from retirement and was reappointed during the city council meeting Monday, July 9. Mayor Craig George said after Graham retired and the position was vacated, no applications were turned in by prospective councilmen or women. Gra- ham decided to return to the council and was reappointed by George.

Former councilman Terry Herrin's resignation was ac- cepted by George and the council during the meeting on Monday. His position will be listed and interested parties can contact city hall to apply for the council position.
