WEDDING

Nicole Wright and Gabriel Richard Abel were married June 30, 2012 at the Running T Ranch in Dayton, Wash. Pastor Mike Ferrians performed the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of John Wright of Milton- Freewater, Ore., and Kay Malone of Jerome, Idaho. The groom is the son of Tim Abel of Waitsburg, Wash., and Cathy Abel of Dayton, Wash.

Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her friend Melissa Ney as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Audra Durfey, Erin Patterson and her sister Cara Malone. DeWayne Rhodes was the Best Man. Groomsmen were Chris Patton and Jeff Yerbich. The groom's nieces, Trinity and Na- thalie Abel were the flower girls. A reception followed at the Running T Ranch.

The bride is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Education and a Master's of Science degree in Agriculture. She is employed by the Waitsburg School District. The groom is a graduate of Walla Walla Community College with an associate's degree through the John Deere Ag Tech program. He is employed by Broughton Land Company.

The couple resides in Dayton, Wash., and plans a honey- moon trip to South Africa next summer.
