Nysoe New On Council

DAYTON - The Dayton City Council interviewed and unanimously appointed Dayton resident Dain Nysoe to the council seat vacated by Terry Herrin earlier this summer.

Nysoe has lived in Dayton city limits for one year after living just outside of city lim- its for several years. He had expressed interest in being a city councilman before, but because he didn't live in city limits, he was not eligible.

Mayor Craig George asked Nysoe what his goals are for his time in office and Nysoe said he has many visions for the council.

Nysoe said he worked in county government for 15 years and was the director of two different chambers of commerce.
