Working the crowd

Bette Lou Crothers and Danny Gwinn get the crowd going at the chamber's annual Brix & Brew fundraiser Friday at the Running T Ranch. The sold-out event raised about $24,000, roughly the same as last year but with 11 fewer auction items. Two hundred attended the evening at the donated venue.
