Dog Licensing & Recycling

WAITSBURG - The City of Waitsburg would like to remind the Citizens that dog licenses are required for all dogs aged 4 months and up.

The license is due annually by June 1 and the cost is $10 for altered and $30 for unaltered. Licenses can be purchased at City Hall, 147 Main Street, during regular business hours.

Also, the City has been successful in getting a grant to cover the majority of the cost of a new cardboard baler in order to expand our cardboard recycling efforts.

The new baler is expected to be delivered next month and will be located at the City's Waste Water Treat- ment Plant. The City intends to have a drop off location at the City Shop next to the current recycling bin for citi- zens and businesses to drop off their cardboard.

Anyone wanting to drop off card at this location will need to break it down in or- der for it to fit in the bin.
