Commissioners present: Matt Tunell, Doug Venn, Patsy Adams

Commissioners absent: Ken Buley; seat of Chuck Carruthers is vacant

-Kristine Shull took the oath of office, filling Com- missioner position #5, empty due to the resignation of Chuck Carruthers.

-Playground equipment not meeting insurance specifications was sold on Craig- slist for $125.00.

-Vegetation management will be handled by allowing the Forney family to have their goats in the area needing cleared and following with granule sterilant.

-The wage of the admin- istrative assistant was set at $13.35 per hour.

-Upcoming meeting dates: Regular board meeting, July 11; preliminary budget hear- ing, July 18; special budget hearing meeting, July 25th. August 6th is the last day to file a resolution for inclusion in the November General Election.
