Farm-to Table Dinner at Dayton Depot

Dayton's annual Evening at the Depot fundraiser has taken a new twist this year with a Farm-to-Table Dinner replacing the traditional benefit auction. On Saturday, August 3, diners will enjoy local food prepared by local chefs as they take in a summer evening of food, drinks and live music performed by Bobby K and Mike McQuary. The social hour begins at 6:00 p.m. and will feature appetizers by local chef Roger Tumbo­con. Local wines from Dumas Station and Mortal Vintners as well as local beer from Chief Springs Fire & Irons will be served. Dinner, starting at 7:00 p.m., will be prepared and served by local chefs Makaiwi Wachter and Mandi Wendt, using local meat and produce. Tickets are $75 per person and are available by calling the Depot at 509-382-2026.
