Grant Will Provide New Sidewalks

WAITSBURG - Waits- burg's city council approved a grant agreement with the Transportation Improvement Board at their December 16 meeting. The $188,385 grant will provide for sidewalk replacement on both sides of Main Street from Third through Eighth streets as well as ADA ramps, some drive- way and alley improvements and signage. Construction is expected to begin after school is out in June.
