Collective Gardens Registration Deadline Approaching

WAITSBURG - Collec­tive Gardens, for the purpose of producing, processing, transporting and delivering cannabis for medical use, located in the City of Waits­burg, must register with City Hall by February 28. This requirement is pursuant to City Ordinance 2013-1015 related to regulations govern­ing all uses of medical and recreational marijuana in the City of Waitsburg. Failure to register will be considered a violation of the City Munici­pal Code and subject to sum­mary abatement, which can include the disconnection of the utilities.
