WALLA WALLA - Area youth are invited to attend 4-H Super Saturday, a day of fun-filled, informal educational workshops. Individuals may explore new areas of interest, improve existing skills, and participate in hands-on activities. 4-H Super Saturday is open to all youth in grades 1-12.
Classes offered include: Introduction to Theatre, Parasite Puzzle, Jazzercise, Vet Help Line, Karate, Animal First Aid, Soups On, Engineering the Earth, Exploring the Effects of Water Erosion, Energy Engineering, Re-Purposing, Recycling, Usable, Search & Rescue, Fun in the Kitchen - Snackin Made Easy, Mini Horse Harnessing, 4-H to Fair Court Royalty.
The program will take place Saturday, March 29 from 8 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. in St. Patrick's Community Building. Youth must pre-register to attend. Class sizes are limited, and will be filled on first come, first serve basis. Registration forms and a brochure with an entire list of classes is available online at http:// wallawalla.wsu.edu/4h/ and at the WSU Extension office at 328 West Poplar in Walla Walla. Late registration and registrations at the door will only be accepted on select classes if space is available.
