WALLA WALLA COUNTY - The County has up to five openings on the Human Services Advisory Board (HSAB) which is responsible for assisting the Dept. of Human Services (DHS) in determining needs and setting priorities for services. HSAB members should have some background or personal experience in areas of Mental Health, Chemical Dependency and or Developmental Disability.

Time commitments include one afternoon board meeting per month. At least one-quarter of the advisory board must be made up of persons who have recovered from chemical or alcohol dependency. Members must be residents of Walla Walla County and have no personal financial interest in County funded programs or potential conflict of interest.

Applications must be returned to the commissioners' office by Friday, June 13, 2014. They may be dropped off, mailed or emailed.
