DAYTON - The Dayton School District will again offer the Simplified Summer Food Program for Children this summer. Meals are available at no charge for children 18 and under.
The program will be offered each weekday from June 16 through August 1, except July 4. Meals will be served at the Dayton School Cafeteria at 302 E. Park St.
Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., and lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The program is being sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which prohibits discrimination on the bases of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, and where applicable, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, sexual orientation and income.
