Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley
WALLA WALLA - The Walla Walla Chamber Music Festival will again feature a number of performances and rehearsals in the Touchet Valley. The three-week festival brings classical artists from around the country to work together and perform in Walla Walla and surrounding communities.
Here are some of the places they can be seen in our “surrounding” communities:
June 6: “Sounds Like Fun” concert for kids - Dayton Memorial Library, 111 S. Third Street, 3:30 p.m. - free
June 9: Open Rehearsal – Mace Mead Works, 250 E. Main St., Dayton, 10 a.m.-noon – free
June 20: Open Rehearsal – AMO Art, 117 Main St., Waitsburg, 10 a.m.-noon – free
June 24: Special Event III, Schönberg’s Verklärte Nacht (Transfigured Night) – jimgermanbar, 119 Main St., Waitsburg, 7 p.m. – Tickets, $25
