Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley

YOUNGLIFE FUNDRAISER

DAYTON - YoungLife would like to invite local citizens to attend their annual fundraiser pie auction and banquet and learn how God is working among local high schoolers. Dayton and Waitsburg students traveled to camp together this summer and invite the public to join them in this "Road Trip" celebration. Four Dayton graduates will share about their life with Christ at the event which will take place Sunday, Oct. 5 at 3 p.m. at Running T Ranch. There is no cost to attend, though donations are welcome.

The banquet is a fundraiser, but also serves as an opportunity to learn more about the program and as a way to invite others to get involved. "This is a time to gather as a community and focus on our high school kids, letting them know there are caring adults who want to be in relationship with them," said YoungLife Area Director Marne Henderson. "People can help with money, prayer, or providing items for a special function. It doesn't have to take a lot of time to lend a hand."

To reserve a seat or learn more contact Marne Henderson (509) 386-2365 or Cheryl Strang at (509) 386-7788.
