Depression and Bipolar Support Group

DAYTON - The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) will hold a weekly bipolar and depression support group on Sunday's from 2:30-4 p.m. at the First Congregational Church - UCC located at 214 S. Third St. in Dayton.

DBSA groups are open to those who have been diagnosed with a mood disorder, have a family member or friend who is diagnosed or who thinks they might have depression or bipolar disorder (also known as manic depression). DBSA support groups are not run by professionals, but offer peerto peer support which is an important component of recovery from mental illness for many.
