Christmas Kickoff a Big Success

Clockwise from top left: The Walla Walla Fair and Frontier Days brought a beautiful float to the Christmas Lighted Parade Friday Night in Downtown Dayton. After the Parade, Makenna Barron led the crowd in singing Christmas Carols. On Friday and Saturday afternoon, Santa Clause (a.k.a. Doug Hinds) found out which kids were good or bad. Doug Kreugar brought his four-mule team downtown on Friday afternoon and offered hayrides to visitors. A group of teens spent a few moments at the corner of First and Main Streets trying to figure out what the silver mime (John Watts) was trying to tell them.
