Dayton to Field Golf Team

DAYTON – At their March 4 meeting, the Dayton School Board approved the appointment of Mike McGhan to be volunteer head high school golf coach. Dayton expects to field a team of four to five golfers this spring.

A full slate of golf tournaments has been scheduled for the 2015 season, which begins Thursday with the Golfland Jamboree, hosted by Tri-Cities Prep in Pasco. Golf team members will also compete in the four-week Blue Mountain Cup series in Walla Walla and Milton Freewater, which begins March 18.
