Lanning to Play in All-State Game Saturday

WAITSBURG – Waitsburg-Prescott basketball player Owen Lanning has been selected to play in the 2015 2B All State basketball game. The game will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Eastside Catholic High School in Sammamish, Wash.

Lanning was selected as one of three All-League first-team players from WP this year.

“Owen was a three-year All League First Team selection, three-year captain and was our 2014-15 Team MVP,” said WP basketball coach Tavis Crittenden.
