First Appearance:
Desiree D. Klein, 36; entered not guilty plea on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and three counts of endangerment with a controlled substance. Klein was living with Monty N. Dunn at 721 S. 3rd Street in February where deputies served a search warrant and allegedly recovered drugs. Klein’s three children were also living in the home.
Sentencing:
Michael A. Cameron, 30; sentenced to 90 days following guilty plea on charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth).
Trials Set:
William H. Richards, 45; charged in May with possession of a stolen vehicle and obstructing a law enforcement officer. Trial: April 23.
Kari D. Hecker, 37; charged in September with possession of a controlled substance (meth) and two counts of endangerment with a controlled substance. Trial: April 23.
Monty N. Dunn, 50; charged in February with five counts of delivery of meth (and selling within 1,000 feet of school grounds), possession of meth, possession of legend (prescription) drugs without a prescription and endangerment with a controlled substance. Trial: April 22.
Marshall Hernandez, 54; charged in January with arson, reckless burning, and possession of stolen property. Trial: April 22
Anthony J. Nieto Sr., 55; charged in November with 1st degree assault. Trial: May 27.
Delores L. Elder, 50; charged in June with possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance (meth), and use of drug paraphernalia. Trial: June 10.
Nicholas A. Beard, 25; charged in October with attempting to allude, reckless driving, and DUI. Trial: June 10.
Levi W. Helgerson, 25; charged in February 2014 with 1st degree assault of a child. Trial: Aug. 24.
James F. Hauff, 39; charged in February with assault 2nd strangulation – domestic violence, unlawful imprisonment – DV, and assault 2nd for reckless infliction of substantial bodily harm – DV. Trial: Sept. 8.
