Flying High!

Waitsburg Presbyterian Church Reverand Bret Moser was recently honored with a free flight in a WII trainer plane for his service to our country. The flight was provided through Amvets of Walla Walla. The pilot, local farmer Mark Small, owns the plane and has recently given rides to Waitsburg residents Jack McCaw and Dave Morbach, as well. Small’s plane, a 1942 PT17 Stearman, is dedicated to his father, who was a pilot in WWII.
