Suspicious person reported ducking into corners in alley south of 200 blk. E. Main; deputies unable to locate. Car vs. deer, non-injury accident on SR-261, MP 5.

Noise complaint on 700 blk of S. 5th. Verbal disagreement, participants agreed to keep the noise down. Complain of violations of the rules of the fairgrounds; referred to fairgrounds committee. Dustin Miller, 26, Waitsburg, traffic stop for size violation; arrested and booked into Columbia County Jail on outstanding warrant from Benton County. Burglary reported on 300 blk of E. Richmond.
