Shamrock Bringo Brings in Big Bucks to Fight Cancer

WAITSBURG – Waitsburg’s annual American Cancer Society Shamrock Bingo fundraiser, sponsored by Team RELAY, was a huge success. This year’s fundraiser, held on Fri., March 10, raised $1877, which was $400 more than last year’s event.

Team RELAY would like to thank the following groups and individuals who donated prizes to the event: The McGregor Company, Kenna’s Etched Glass, Puget Sound Energy, Eleanora Montgomery, Tucannon Meats, Misbehaven Spa & Salon, Fiesta En Jalisco Mexican Restaurant, Chief Springs’s Fire & Iron Brew Pub, the Tuxedo Bar & Grill, Jim & Barb Knapp, Jay’s Garage, Deb Erikson, Laht Neppur, Burger Hut, and Safeway.

And, of course, the event would not have been complete with Bingo caller Gary Thomas.
