Arraignments:

-Jason Jerome Fox, 35, Kennewick; Charged with 2 counts of violoation of protection order – 2 priors, a Class C felony. He entered a not guilty plea, bond was set at $10,000 and trial setting was scheduled for April 19.

-Lonnie Lee Montoya, 37, Dixie; charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license – third degree. He allegedly attempted to elude an officer in a marked vehicle who wanted him to pull over for a traffic infraction. Montoya reportedly sped from the officer, into the golf course, and fled from the car when he reached the river. He reportedly returned to the vehicle but refused to raise his hands. When the car license was called in it was determined to be a vehicle that had been reported stolen from O’Reilly’s Auto Zone in Walla Walla. Bond was set at $20,000 unsecured appearance bond and the case is continued until April 19.

-Britni L. Christ, 29, Dayton; charged with rape of a child in the third degree. Entered a plea of not guilty. Trial setting is scheduled for April 19.

-Deloris Lorraine Elder, 52, Dayton; charged with forgery and theft in the third degree for allegedly passing a counterfit $100 bill at Pik-a-Pop. Elder was reportedly identified from a store video camera. She entered a plea of not guilty and trial setting is scheduled for April 19.

Trials Set:

-Michelle Martinez, 439, Dayton; charged with unlawful imprisonment – accessory, assault in the 4th degree – accessory, and coercion – accessory. Martinez was picked up on a bench warrant and bail was denied. A jury trial is set for May 4-5.

-Benjamin Glen Smith, 33, Dayton; charged with multiple counts of child molestation and child rape. Jury trial is set for June 22-23.

Pleas/Resolutions:

-Jazzmen Latay Slack, 24, Richland; charged with five counts of possession of stolen property in the second degree, five counts of possession of another person’s identity, and one count of use of drug paraphernalia. Plead guilty to two counts of possession of stolen property and five counts of possession of another person’s identity in exchange for dismissal of charges 3-5, and 11. The court ordered a stay of prosecution until 6/15/19. If all terms are met, the state will move for the court to dismiss all charges.

-Kyle Robert Jamerson, 31, homeless; charged with possession of a controlled substance, violation of an anti-harassment order, and contempt of court. Accepted a plea agreement that dismisses the harassment charge, amends the possession charge, and recommends no additional jail time under the condition that he enter a 12 month inpatient drug/alcohol treatment program. Sentencing is scheduled for April 19.

-Noe Jaimez, 21, Walla Walla; Charged with possession of methamphetamine, DWLS 3rd degree, and operating a vehicle with no interlock device. Noe plead guilty to charges one and three, with the dismissal of number two. Sentencing is scheduled for April 19.

Other:

-Donovan S. Bray, 25, homeless; charged with possession of morphine and use of drug paraphernalia in an incident that occurred in July of 2016. Bray received a two-year stay of prosecution in December. He must appear in court on May 3 to show cause for the court not to find him in contempt and impose penalties for failing to comply with the stay of prosecution.

-Darrel Jean Salgado, 22, Dayton; charged for multiple drug related charges in two separate incidents. Trial setting is scheduled for April 19.

-Dante A Martinez, 21, Dayton; charged with one count of possession, delivery or manufacture of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and one count of resisting arrest. Waived right to a speedy trial. Trial setting is scheduled for April 19.
