Where Did You Watch From?

Wendy Richards, with fellow teachers Ginger Bryan, Susie Payne, Stephanie Heitstuman, and Amber Olson took a break from a meeting at ESD 123 in Pasco to view the eclipse.

We would have been disappointed if local photographer Nick Page didn’t take the opportunity to capture the historic event. He captured this stunning image just south of Baker City.

Larry and Pam Conover took in the event from atop Jasper Mountain.

Justin Gleason played public servant, generously sharing his eclipse glasses with anyone who passed by Waitsburg Grocery.

A large crowd viewed the event at the Blue Mountain Station where the Dayton Memorial Library hosted an event and gave away free eclipse glasses.
