Jasper Morrow, of Waitsburg, was named Outstanding 4-H Junior Boy at the 2017 Walla Walla County 4-H Achievement Awards on Nov. 12. Several Waitsburg 4-Hers won honorable mention outstanding member awards including: Timothy Daves, Outstanding Senior Boy Member Honorable Mention; Sarah Daves, Outstanding Junior Girl Member Honorable Mention; William Hong, Outstanding Junior Boy Member Honorable Mention.
