Main Street Bridge Nears Completion

The rails are nearly completed and paving on the Main Street Bridge was to take place on Tuesday afternoon. Paving should bring the bridge to "substantial completion" and allow it to open to drivers as early as this week. The overall project will not be completed until next year, according to city officials.
